3. Creative Services (Workshops, Consultations, Custom Projects)

A. Cancellation by Client

A full refund for services will only be granted if the request for cancellation is received at least seven (7) days before the agreed-upon commencement date of the service or project.

• Less than 7 Days Notice: If cancellation is requested less than seven (7) days before commencement, the client will be invoiced for (or will forfeit a portion of their fee equivalent to) the costs already incurred, including preparation time, materials purchased, or administrative fees. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
• Commencement Defined: Commencement is defined as the start of the first scheduled workshop, consultation, or the formal commencement of project-specific work (e.g., research, design, travel bookings).

B. Cancellation by Kukogho Iruesiri Samson

If a service or project must be canceled by us for any reason, the client will receive a full and immediate refund of all fees paid.
